ASPARAGUS

Asparagus is sourced from the Waikato and Bay of Plenty regions (both are north of Gisborne). First Fresh markets it’s substantial share of the crop to a number of markets focussing on Japan.

New Zealand Asparagus is typically bright green as a result of our fertile soils and clear sunshine.  Harvested and packed daily to ensure freshness and tight heads.

First Fresh is registered in the NZFSA Official Assurance Programme for fresh Asparagus exported to Japan.
