SET UP ON LINE AND WIN A FREE BEANIE!
Those growers that access their line reports online before the change over date (1/04/2014) will receive a FREE First Fresh Beanie.
ACCESSING LINE REPORTS/PACKHOUSE DATAAs most of you will be aware, any grower registered in the NZ Fruits packhouse system can access packing reports online through our live packhouse report system. Now that this online system is operating effectively it is our interntion to cease with our current manual system of faxing and emailing line reports as from April 1st 2014. Instead we will rely on growers to access these from the online system. Manual reprints will still be available if required. INSTRUCTIONS FOR ACCESSING LINE REPORTSThis information can be accessed via the following website address: http://www.firstfresh.co.nz/growers-login/ Enter your email address in the 'Email' box The first time you log in please click the 'Ive lost my password' link (the continue to follow the online instructions). This will take you to the 'Grower Resources' page.
Click on the first link to "Packhouse Data" which will take you to the live packhouse report system. (You will notice that there is a range of other Technical Resouses on this page available to our growers) From here you will be able to access your reports. They are synchronized nightly at 9pm. We recommend you access them first thing in the morning to ensure you’re looking at the most recent data.
Further instructions can be found here.
TIMELINES AND FINALISATION OF LINE REPORTSAs a general rule fruit is normally packed within 48 hours of being delivered to the packhouse. Whilst the interim line report data will be available straight away, it is normal practice for it to take another 12-24 hours for the line report to be verified 'closed'. Eventually we are hoping to introduce a system whereby you will be emailed automatically to alert you that a new line report is available. For further information or assistance please contact us.
